Project Profile:

The largest Audi dealership in the world selected MDL’s Service Drive Concierge to both transform the customer experience and better connect sales with service customers.

Audi Coral Springs deployed the system first class all the way with twin flat screens in the drive, lounge display, and MIMO displays for every Service Advisor. In addition, the loaner desk has two (2) MIMO display to see every returning client in their loaner and when a loaner comes out of car wash.

Service Advisors and Cashiers are also fully tied into the process with instant notification of a customer’s arrival into the drive and also upon the completion of car wash operations. This makes everyone more efficient and creates a superior level of personalized service from the moment the customer is greeted by name by the valet.

Finally, using MDL’s lounge display, Service Advisors can ‘push’ instant messages to the lounge for ‘waiter’ customers for more effective communications.
