Kuni Automotive currently operates 14 luxury dealerships in four western states with over 1,000 employees.

At NADA In 2011, MDL was approached by Gregg Stone (President) to be part in the design of the most technologically advanced Lexus dealership in the country. Kuni Lexus of Greenwood village was designed to be customer centric and to utilize the latest technologies for staff efficiency. Part of the new design involved creating a complete personalized experience for the Lexus guest every step of the way.

MDL came to the table with its entire suite of products – Service Drive Concierge, Zonal Tracking, and Dispatch Master. Kuni Lexus created a service drive line no other with six (6) massive flat screens to welcome every guest personally. In addition, MDL’s zonal tracking system communicates arrivals and real time status updates to the Service Advisor which allows a tremendous efficiency when understanding where the vehicle is in the process.

In addition, MDL fully integrated Kuni’s loaner fleet with our comprehensive TSD integration. For sales, MDL helps keep relationships fresh with instant communication of arrivals to the Sales Advisor. AutoAlert integration with MDL enhances the message delivery by serving real time analytics. And finally, MDL’s Pre-Owned Wish List function helps sales schedule appointments with incoming service guests that are driving the latest ‘hot’ pre-owned model.
