Audi Manhattan purchased the MDL system to help initiate more contact on the service drive with their sales and service consultants.
Service Consultants, Sales Consultants and Porters are able to greet their customers by name after pulling into the drive. Service Drive Concierge also helps to expedite the service process and provide the exceptional customer service to which Audi customers are accustomed.
- One (1) RFID reader for service drive concierge with two (2) standard antennas.
- Two (2) MDL standard Antennas on the service drive.
- MIMO displays alert each service advisor of client arrivals/returns;
- Two (2) different screens on the service drive are used to initiate interaction with the clients;
- One (1) MC55 scanner in the Service Drive for customer associations and one (1) in the inventory warehouse;
- One (1) RFID Reader and 4 standard antennas in the car wash.
